Fallout C.H.A.T. is an official application from Bethesda that gives you access to dozens of emoji and gifs from Fallout. In total, there are more than 60 different emoji and 20 gifs from some of the most memorable scenes with Vault Boy (the legendary 'mascot' from the Fallout saga).
Using the application is as simple as deciding which emoji you want to use and clicking on the 'OK' button. From there, just choose the application you want to use to send the emoji, and that's it. With gifs, it's even simpler: just click it and then choose how you want to share (Twitter, Gmail, Facebook, etc.).
Fallout C.H.A.T. is a fun application that will be especially appreciated by hardcore Fallout fans, of which there are many. The emoji and gif quality is great, and the application is a breeze to use.
